Council 8576 has enjoyed a great relationship with the priests at St. Jude church.  The Knights support a variety of activities.  For families we support the annual parish picnic and Lenten fish fries. For the children we sponsor the annual free frow contest, Easter egg hunt and breakfast with Santa as well as offering an award to a Catholic high school senior each year.  For the church we offer appreciation outings for our religious education teachers and alter servers.  We fully support through staffing and food preparation the annual Bishop's Lenten Dinner and the fund raiser for the Home Place.  We support making Thanksgiving dinners available to anyone who needs one and working through Catholic Charities to support individuals in need. We support our priests by staffing the 10:30 mass on the third Sunday of each month praying for new vocations at each of our meetings.  Under the religious category we sponsor services for pro-life and praying the rosary.  For the community we sponsor blood drives and raise money through Tootsie Roll drives for the Tennessee Mental Retardation Foundation.

As you can see, Knights of Columbus Council 8576 support our church, family, religion and community through many great activities.  Members are always able to find several activities to participate in that suite their personal interestes.
